The most beautiful smiles are often the ones who once struggled with her tears.
As you can imagine, each of these losses felt horrible. It is never easy, but there are positive and negative ways to cope with difficult life situations. And this is what this post is all about.
Regardless of what you’re struggling with – a great tragedy or a minor personal battle – it’s time to stop …
1. Hiding the truth.
Most people, at the first sign of discomfort, even deny the ugly truth do with it. But the truth does not cease to exist when ignored. And then, occasionally, there are warm, tingling pain that you feel when you realize that you’re standing in a moment of sweet perfection, maybe they can not take a precious moment of success or happiness that you know and still remains with you forever.
Although many people forget, the pain is actually a good thing. This means that you are breathing and living and interacting with the infinite possibilities in this world. The pain is only for the living; totally worth it to accept and face as he still has a chance.
3. Revisiting the past over and over again in your mind.
Unfortunately, people around the world are constantly telling them a dramatic story and how their lives have turned into overcoming this past event. Now, every day of their lives they have more of something that no longer exists, rather than real-life experiences that await them in the present.
We are products of our past, but we must not be prisoners of it. It becomes a prisoner when they cling to what no longer exists. If you’re brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a Hello again. It can be difficult, but you have to let go. Not more Cling! Realize that the past is a foreign country: they do things differently there. And “they” have nothing to do with you.
4. Participation in who you were before the storm.
Hard times are the strong storms that blow against you. It is not just that these storms are withheld from places that otherwise might go. Tearing away from all but the essential parts of your ego, that can not be torn, so that later you see yourself as you really are and not as simple as it could be.
In the end, you realize that you are here to endure these storms, for sacrificing your time and risking your heart. You are here to be wounded by life. It happens when you are hurt, or betrayed or rejected, let it sit quietly with your eyes closed and remember all the good times you had, and all the sweetness and you have tasted everything I’ve learned. Tell yourself how amazing he was alive, and then open your eyes and live longer.
Why fight would never grow. You’d have to let go so you can be who you are. It is deep in the dark and severe storms that you will find in you an inextinguishable light, and it is this light that illuminates the right way.

Sometimes a little silliness is all you need to get a better perspective of the greatest challenges of life. Stupidity is the half-sister of carefree, sometimes foolish and often misunderstood happiness. You can be a friend of both and smile your way through the maze of life.
When life gives you 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile. You’ll understand why.
7. Give and give, as soon as the going gets tough.
All things are difficult before they are easy, and the roughest roads often lead to the top. There simply are no easy roads anywhere worth going. That’s because they have to endure the discomfort. Do the right thing for your future, which is not easy at this time.
You will learn as you get older, many of the alleged rules of life are made to be broken. Even when times are tough, have the courage to live on your own terms and never, ever apologize for that. Going against the tide, refusing when not feeling well, take the road less traveled path well worn. For each crisis depressing reported breath, there are thousands of success stories true, significant that you do not get the attention they deserve, but have a huge positive impact on humanity.
Try not to obsess yourself with negative news, especially when it is in the midst of hard times. When you’re faced with negative news, learn from it and use this knowledge to their work with enthusiasm toward a brighter tomorrow. Today there are a choice. Today, choose grace over impatience, laughter and concern over the beauty of more negativity. Life is always better when you choose to do so.
