Ringing in my ears. Negativity. Negativity. Negativity.
I get that negative packs a punch.
End of the most memorable stories of love and tragedy in almost every love song is about convincing suffering.
It does not take a rocket scientist to see why we live in a society where it is easy to underestimate against overvaluation we are not who we are.
But it is sad .
Constantly we are taught to see the negative in life and in ourselves.
Do not you agree that it can be super destructive ?
The concepts of value and worth are coming up a lot in my life right now .
I know how easy it is to get nit pick on me and not what is good, what is right , not what needs to improve , etc.
But all focused on the negative is not only draining , takes you nowhere.
So why go there? What’s the hook ?
It is not easy to admit that I, too , have thrived on the negative in the past.
I used to think it was negative so normal that I did not know I was being too negative.
But I was not alive , always pissed off about something. Always fighting . Always trying to prove a point .
Maybe I became a lawyer many years ago, so I could be paid to discuss and then dances around the negative with the pun . He seemed to love so much.
negativity is like a drug. But it is a drug .
Negativity is a huge distraction from the truth that we love in our hearts.
I think , basically, every single person on this planet wants to live in a Utopia , where there are horrible things , nightmare , suffering , pain , sorrow , death and violence.
These nightmares lead us to live in fear .
How can you love when love can be taken ?
How do you feel when you’re in danger of getting hurt ?
How can you trust someone when you betray ?
How can they look at the pictures more often when what is happening in front of you is too painful to watch ?
our world is a scary place .
And taking the negativity is like leaving the field of the Devil in the bedroom to spare.
The appetite of negativity is inexhaustible . You have to keep feeding over and over again .
Here are some tips to help you break free from the confines of negativity once you’ve been caged by it
1 . Turn negativity into positive light more
We all have negative shit going on in our lives. And I’m not saying we should not talk about it. Share your thoughts with your friends is often the best treatment. But the possibility that you may have when someone is listening to transform some of that negativity in a more positive light .
Sometimes the negative may feel all consuming . There is something happen also looks positive ? And if you do not, you can turn a negative into some positive aspects ?
Also remember , there is no need to constantly surround themselves with others who just carry.
2 . Take you if you Spinning down
All of us from time to time . There is much that we can find to complain if someone leaves us . But do you really want to be that person ?
What you need to do to stop the downward spiral ? Sit? Meditate ? Journal? Stop .
I know that when I’m sick or feeling bad , I can say something negative or hurtful to someone else. But it’s not that I want to be . So look for ways and I leave my cool flames on the ground before spewing negativity everywhere.
I do not want to say things that I regret later. And most importantly, do not want to hear.

It can be super easy to leave a negative episode will lead into a hole. And the kind of funny when you think about it . Sort of like the excitement of a child can go from laughing to crying with laughter again , all in a minute.
When it feels like there is no hope , focus on what makes will bring joy and love. Look at what you have, rather than what you are missing .
life will never be as ” perfect ” remember that it is imperfect, these moments that we are given the opportunity to be the biggest , most individuals consciously evolved. < / em >
We are here to learn, grow and be free .
