How many of you are running on autopilot at the moment? Caught in the shootings of the holiday season , you feel stressed , overwhelmed and run down. Running, making sure that everyone else is having a good time , throw your self-care routine out the window and adopt an attitude to get through .
If you are honest with yourself , you’ll probably find that it is not only the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas that you adopt this mindset . And ‘ only amplified during this period, such as finance , health and time are stretched thin .
We look to the new year as a chance to get back on track and do all those changes you want to make : ” this is the year my resolutions stick”
The biggest obstacle I see in creating sustainable change is the lack of awareness of the present moment .
If you focus on staying present, instead of brooding over the past or the future , eagerly waiting you can harness the power of your intention and to do what seems impossible, possible. Obsessed by what you did and did not do in the past and looks to the future is strangely the mind of fear , limiting your potential.
After releasing the fear , you can stay rooted in the here and now and to develop awareness of the present moment . You can start knowing what you want most and least in your life based on who you are now , rather than how he has behaved in the past.
recognize that you are a work in progress, which is a process that never ends.
Realize that any time you can declare a C above.
You can decide now that negative experiences from your past will predict your future . Now is not , then , and no matter how family can feel at the moment this has never happened before. Instead of fearing what might happen , harness the awesome power of your intention to create what you want to happen.

Write experiences, feelings , people and circumstances that do not serve the greater good. This is a list of everything that is not only going to drag you in 2014.
Understand what you have written , share with a trusted friend and burn , releasing negative energy in the universe and again from your heart and mind . Consciously feel the release of this energy and be thankful .
List # 2 : What are the life lessons learned ?
Write down what you learned from your experiences on list # 1. Even the most difficult situations to have a bud ; You just have to look. If you are not willing to find the lesson , not grow. It will continue to play the same patterns .

List # 3: What is the dream life ?
Write what your ideal life looks and feels . This list must be written down to the present time and include all areas of your beautiful , amazing experience : love, health , wealth, family, friends, career , spirituality , etc. Leave as you want to feel that to create what your look dream like .
Put this list somewhere where you will see it often. When you look at it, take a second to close your eyes, take a deep breath and feel this ideal .
